About – We are a travel agency specializing in customized travel experiences in Sri Lanka and beyond. With a strong focus on service, accuracy, and seamless coordination, we’re looking for someone detail-oriented and organized to join our team and manage our rates database for hotels, activities, and transportation. We are looking for a Tour Executive. Key Responsibilities • Regularly update and maintain accurate pricing for hotels, excursions, and transport services (in the system). • Liaise with hotels, guides, drivers, and activity providers to collect seasonal rates and offers. • Ensure all supplier contracts and rate agreements are up to date. • Monitor and compare competitor pricing to keep offerings competitive. • Flag inconsistencies, missing data, or expiring contracts. • Maintain good relationships with suppliers and assist in rate negotiations when necessary. Requirements • Strong knowledge of MS Office package or Google Sheets. • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. • Good communication skills in English (written and spoken). • Prior experience in the travel/hospitality industry is an advantage. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. • Familiarity with Sri Lankan tourism is a bonus. • Minimum 1 year of work experience in any field (travel/hospitality experience is an advantage). • Being punctual, disciplined, and able to meet deadlines. • Based in or around Negombo What We Offer: • A good salary based on experience and performance. • Friendly and supportive team environment. • The probation period is 6 months (may be extended if required).
