Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail operations in Delhi, India. Key Responsibilities
🛍️ Customer Service Excellence
- Ensure a premium in-store experience by understanding and exceeding customer expectations.
- Maintain an active presence on the sales floor to manage complaints, returns, and service delivery standards.
- Train and coach team members to adopt ZARA’s customer-first approach.
👗 Product & Stock Management
- Analyze sales trends and make data-driven decisions to optimize product orders.
- Oversee receiving processes, merchandise presentation, and stock level efficiency.
- Ensure the timely replenishment of top-performing products while minimizing overstock.
🖼️ Visual Merchandising & Store Image
- Maintain brand consistency through excellent visual merchandising in line with ZARA’s global standards.
- Ensure cleanliness, layout aesthetics, and proper signage across all departments.
- Apply product display criteria and in-store campaign standards meticulously.
👥 Team Leadership & Talent Development
- Recruit, train, mentor, and retain high-performing retail staff.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive team environment.
- Schedule shifts effectively while managing payroll budgets and operational efficiency.
💰 Operational & Budgetary Control
- Oversee daily store operations, cash register protocols, and inventory compliance.
- Minimize loss through effective stock management and shrinkage prevention.
- Implement company policies and ensure compliance with administrative procedures.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role (preferably in fashion or lifestyle segments).
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
- Proficient in retail operations software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Customer-centric approach with a strong eye for fashion and trends.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
