Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Akurana Kandy for a Reservation Ticketing Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for ticket sales, communication with customers, providing excellent customer service, making reservations, and driving sales for the company.

Qualifications
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience in ticket sales and reservations
• Sales experience and ability to drive sales
• Knowledge of Galileo GDS is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Previous experience in the travel industry is a must
