We are currently seeking a Project Manager (Contractual) to lead and execute infrastructure development and interior fit-outs for our F&B outlets and office spaces.
Role Overview
As a Contractual Project Manager at Fabindia, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing project execution from initiation to handover. This includes planning timelines, managing vendors, coordinating services, and ensuring quality delivery without compromise. Your role will involve daily reporting, billing verification, and alignment with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
🗓️ Project Execution & Monitoring
- Develop, maintain, and track detailed project timelines to ensure milestones are met.
- Monitor and report on project deliverables and execution progress.
🔧 Vendor & Site Coordination
- Handle end-to-end vendor management, ensuring timely execution and quality compliance.
- Coordinate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) services in collaboration with contractors.
📑 Reporting & Documentation
- Manage daily site progress reports, ensuring timely communication with relevant teams.
- Verify vendor bills and ensure cost compliance.
- Complete site handovers with agreed turnaround time (TAT) and quality assurance.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 5–6 years in project execution and management, preferably in F&B outlet development and office interiors
- Proven ability in project planning, coordination, and execution
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Contract Terms
- This is a contractual role for a period of 8–12 months.
