QS4QS is looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Management – Visiting Lecturer to join our academic team, dedicated to empowering students with the skills and knowledge required to excel in project management roles. This part-time position involves teaching various aspects of project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. The candidate should have a strong professional background in project management and a passion for inspiring students.

Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver engaging lectures, workshops, and seminars on project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Design course materials, including syllabi, instructional guides, and assignments that reflect current industry standards.
• Assess student performance through tests, group projects, and practical assessments, providing constructive feedback.
• Mentor students, offering guidance in their academic and professional endeavors within the field of project management.
• Collaborate with faculty and industry professionals to enhance the curriculum and keep it relevant to contemporary project management practices.
• Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in project management, integrating these insights into your teaching.
• Encourage participation and interaction in classes to foster a collaborative learning environment.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to ongoing improvements in the academic program.
• Master’s degree or higher in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive professional experience in project management, including experience in leading and managing projects.
• Previous teaching or lecturing experience in higher education is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI) and tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and inspire students from various backgrounds.
• Proficient in project management software and tools relevant to the field.
• Commitment to fostering a culture of academic excellence and student development.
• Flexibility to teach on a part-time basis and availability for student consultations outside of class hours.
