🚀 About the Role: Operations Project Manager
We are hiring a Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across Operations, IT, HR, and Business Transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to own end-to-end project delivery—from early discovery to full implementation—while working with global brands under the Flutter umbrella.
You’ll partner with stakeholders across product, data, and technology to deliver value-driven outcomes that enhance customer experience and drive internal efficiency.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle from discovery and planning to execution and go-live.
- Align cross-functional teams using project management best practices and structured communication.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies; ensure timely escalation and mitigation.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Miro, and SharePoint.
- Ensure change management integration for smooth implementation across global teams.
- Drive continuous process improvement within the OPS PMO framework.
- Produce high-quality project documentation and executive-level reporting.
🧠 What You’ll Bring
Experience:
- 5–8 years of proven experience in project management.
- Strong understanding of Agile, PMP, or PRINCE2 methodologies.
- Prior success in leading complex operations, IT, HR, or M&A projects.
- Familiarity with real-time customer support platforms or e-gaming industry is a plus.
Skills:
- Advanced planning and multitasking abilities with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams across various locations.
- High proficiency in tools like Slack, JIRA, Confluence, and Miro.
Certification (Required):
- PMP, AgilePM, PRINCE2, or similar recognized project management credential.
