Requirements:

  1. 1+ year OT experience.
  2. Know surgical tools and procedures.
  3. Very clean and careful.
  4. Can stand for long hours.
  5. Can stay focused under pressure.
  6. Quick response skills.
  7. Teamwork with surgeons and staff.
  8. Calm and alert.
  9. Follow hospital rules.
  10. Good hand hygiene.

Qualifications:

  1. Diploma in Nursing.
  2. OT Nursing training (bonus).
  3. Registered Nurse license.
  4. Passed G.C.E. A/L.
  5. BLS or ALS certificate.

Duties:

  1. Assist doctors during surgery.
  2. Prepare surgical instruments.
  3. Keep OT clean and ready.
  4. Monitor patient before and after surgery.
