  2. Knowledge of newborn care.
  3. Friendly and patient with mothers.
  4. Good communication skills.
  5. Able to work shifts.
  6. Calm during emergencies.

  8. Team player.
  9. Basic computer skills.
  10. Good physical stamina.

Qualifications:

  1. Diploma/Degree in Nursing.
  2. Midwifery training (bonus).
  3. Registered with SLNC.
  4. Basic Life Support.
  5. Good Sinhala/Tamil skills.

Duties:

  1. Assist in deliveries.
  2. Care for mothers and newborns.
  3. Educate mothers on breastfeeding.
  4. Record patient information.
