Role Summary
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who is data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital advertising. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of driving paid media campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, affiliate networks), optimizing for customer engagement and business growth. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to execute targeted, conversion-driven strategies that scale performance marketing efforts in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize daily performance marketing tasks across multiple campaign queues.
- Execute and track digital campaigns across Meta, Google, and affiliate platforms, ensuring performance benchmarks are met.
- Coordinate with creative, commercial, and CRM teams to optimize ad delivery and user journeys.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, and landing pages to identify top-performing variants.
- Monitor and report on campaign KPIs (e.g., CTR, CPC, ROAS) to inform decision-making and refine strategy.
- Flag performance insights and escalation issues to senior stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and fast resolutions.
- Assist with data analysis and post-campaign reporting to identify growth opportunities and improve spend efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Marketing (CIM preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing, advertising, or media—agency background is a plus.
- Solid understanding of digital platforms and ad performance metrics.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communicator with the ability to present findings and strategic recommendations.
