D. E. Shaw India Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager – Talent Management to join its Human Capital team in Hyderabad. This strategic role involves overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, driving HRMS automation, and optimizing HR operations aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding through separation.
- Drive automation initiatives and HRMS enhancements to streamline human capital operations.
- Define and execute operational targets in alignment with company-wide business strategies.
- Supervise daily HR operations, monitor performance, and promote operational excellence.
- Handle employee queries, maintain HR compliance, and conduct regular audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and technology teams to solve HR-related issues.
- Align team efforts with broader Human Capital objectives through close coordination with senior stakeholders and HC Tech teams.
- Build and manage a high-performing team through effective workflow and people management.
Who We’re Looking For
- Graduate or Master’s degree in HR or related field with 7–9 years of HR operations experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in people management within HR.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in workflow optimization and operational efficiency.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with HRMS tools (Workday experience is a plus).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

What HRMS experience is preferred for this role?
Experience with Workday is a strong advantage, but candidates with other HRMS experience and a strong understanding of automation and workflow tools will also be considered.
