Role Overview
As Manager – Learning & Development on the People Learning Team, you will play a critical role in shaping the leadership and professional capabilities of Deloitte’s talent pool. You will lead the facilitation of high-impact learning programs, collaborate with key stakeholders, and deliver experiences that drive both business and personal growth across the firm.
You will serve as a senior facilitator, delivering instructor-led training (ILT) in in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats, focusing on leadership development, onboarding, and transitional learning experiences from campus to corporate life.
Key Responsibilities
👩🏫 Learning Facilitation & Leadership Development
- Deliver immersive learning sessions for professionals up to the Manager level, aligned with Deloitte’s development strategy.
- Facilitate programs on topics including leadership, onboarding, communication, and inclusive workplace practices.
- Recommend improvements to course content based on facilitation experiences and participant feedback.
🔗 Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination
- Partner with program managers and delivery teams to ensure content, logistics, and delivery standards are met.
- Maintain seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate learning journeys.
🧳 Travel & Onsite Support
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time, supporting training events across regions and business units.
- Provide onsite coordination and leadership at key development milestones and events.
🤝 Mentorship & Inclusion
- Champion inclusive leadership by modeling behaviors that reflect equity and respect.
- May mentor junior facilitators and contribute to the overall learning culture within the firm.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred)
- Experience: 8–12 years in facilitation, preferably within a multinational environment
- Demonstrated expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and learning program evaluation
- Strong command over virtual delivery platforms and MS Office Suite
- Experience managing diverse audiences, with a strong grasp of DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) and Well-being topics
- Certifications in facilitation (DFX, DFX Master, or equivalent) preferred
- 2–4 years of people management experience is a plus
