You should ideally
✔ Possess approximately 6 years of overall experience in the banking/finance sector.
✔ Possess a full professional qualification acceptable to the Bank.
✔ Possess at least 3 years of experience in credit appraisal/project financing/leasing.
✔ Be knowledgeable in the legal framework, financial statement analysis, and current valuation of properties and vehicles.
✔ Be able to make quick, timely, and effective decisions.
✔ Be able to communicate effectively with all internal and external parties whilst maintaining good interpersonal skills.
✔ Possess good negotiation skills.
You will be responsible for
✔ Appraising, recommending, disbursing, and monitoring credit facilities.
✔ Supporting branches in monitoring and following up on appraised credit facilities.
✔ Coordinating with branches, clients, and supporting units.
✔ Coordinating with branches, clients, and supporting units.
✔ Maintaining a high level of compliance to meet the specific guidelines proposed by the Bank and the regulators.
