Job Description

Paytm, India’s leading digital payments and financial services platform, is seeking a highly driven Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our team in South Delhi. As a KAM, you will be responsible for managing strategic client relationships, ensuring the successful integration of Paytm’s suite of services, and optimizing account performance. Your ability to drive growth through consultative engagement, operational efficiency, and deep client partnerships will be crucial to success in this role.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and manage strong long-term relationships with key business clients.
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Paytm’s offerings to existing clients to maximize account value.
  • Onboarding & Integration: Ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and smooth integration of Paytm’s payment infrastructure and services.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics to optimize client success and retention.
  • Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations and ensure quick turnaround on problem resolution.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, product, and tech) to deliver tailored solutions that meet client business needs.
  • Market Insights: Stay up to date on industry trends, client feedback, and competitor activity to provide market intelligence and strategic input.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in account management, client servicing, or business development.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting performance data and client insights.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in fintech, digital payments, or financial services is preferred.
  • Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
