Job Summary
We are looking for Warehouse Operators to support the operational teams in achieving the overall KPIs and operational targets and ensuring that the warehouse housekeeping is maintained with the highest standards of quality and with full Health & Safety compliance. As a Warehouse Operator you will be responsible for efficient binning, picking, sorting & counting of products against set customer targets. You will have to ensure that quality standards are met (accuracy, adherence to agreed processes, presentation of product and information flow). You will be responsible for checking all of the outbound shipments for product codes, quantity and condition. You will be responsible for PI counting and reporting variances and for maintaining warehouse housekeeping and general cleanliness.
Requirement
The ideal candidate will have Primary or basic education. You must also possess Basic numerical and English communication skills. You will have the ability to understand and follow operational, administrative and system processes. The candidate must be physically fit and possess previous warehouse experience, which would have a great advantage. You must also possess the ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
