Technical Business Analyst / Developer – Corporate Banking Platform (Bilingual in English & Mandarin) | Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for the Corporate Banking Platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams, translating business requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions.
Develop and implement system integrations, customizations, and enhancements to meet business requirements.
Conduct gap analysis and provide solutions to streamline business processes and improve platform functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., development, quality assurance, and operations) to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Participate in system design, architecture, and coding activities, following best practices in software development and architecture.
Support platform maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides in both English and Mandarin.
Ensure adherence to corporate standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
Provide bilingual support (English and Mandarin) for internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Developer, preferably in the corporate banking or financial services industry.
Strong understanding of corporate banking processes, including payments, treasury management, and online banking platforms.
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken), with the ability to interact effectively with global teams and stakeholders.
Solid experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, C, or similar.
Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle) and web services (e.g., REST, SOAP).
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in corporate banking platforms, digital banking, or fintech solutions.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to banking and financial services.
Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) or software development (e.g., Scrum, Java).
Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) or DevOps practices is a plus.
