Job description
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for automation parts, HVAC components, electromechanical products, and industrial tools.Generate leads through outreach, networking, referrals, and participation in trade fairs or exhibitions.Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product solutions with the support of the technical or product team.Prepare commercial quotations, offers, and sales proposals tailored to client needs.Work closely with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners.Conduct follow-ups to convert opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.Stay informed on new product lines, competitor activity, and market trends.Maintain accurate records of client communications, offers, and sales progress using CRM or ERP tools.Achieve sales targets through effective planning, execution, and client relationship management. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.Filipino national preferred as FIlipino language mandatory2–5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in trading/export of industrial or technical products.Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to develop client relationships and close deals.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Interest in learning basic product features and specifications to effectively engage customers.Knowledge of export procedures, Incoterms, and international logistics is a strong advantage.Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM or ERP software is desirable.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for client meetings and trade events.
