We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant who is also experienced in social media posting. You’ll support an executive with day-to-day operations while managing and growing their online presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.Coordinate and schedule calendar appointmentsManage all incoming and outgoing communicationsSchedule travelPlanning eventsManage the executive’s calendar, emails, meetings, and remindersCoordinate travel arrangements, appointments, and to-do listsDraft, edit, and schedule social media contentResearch content ideas and trends relevant to the industry – 4+ years UAE experience in a personal assistant or executive support role-Experience with social media content-Strong communication and writing skills-Fluent in English-Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, etc.-Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy-Bachelor’s Degree
