About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Diagnostic Technician specializing in luxury and premium vehicles. This role requires deep technical expertise in diagnosing complex mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues across renowned European and American car brands such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Jaguar, Land Rover, Tesla, Cadillac, GMC, and Ford.

In this role, you will lead a team of technicians, provide technical mentorship, and ensure the highest quality of diagnostics and repairs. You will use advanced diagnostic tools and software to efficiently resolve vehicle issues, maintaining compliance with manufacturer standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Complex Diagnostics:
  Diagnose intricate mechanical, electrical, and software problems in luxury and premium vehicles using sophisticated diagnostic tools and software.

• Advanced Tool Utilization:
  Expertly operate diagnostic equipment such as Bosch, Autel, Launch, and OEM-specific tools to pinpoint faults accurately and quickly.

• Team Leadership & Training:
  Lead, train, and mentor a team of automotive technicians, sharing knowledge and best practices in diagnostics and repairs. Promote continuous learning and technical development within the team.

• Quality Assurance:
  Monitor and review the quality of diagnostics and repairs performed by the team, ensuring adherence to brand-specific standards and company policies.

• Technical Support:
  Provide ongoing technical guidance and problem-solving support to technicians, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

• Process Efficiency:
  Oversee diagnostic and repair workflows to ensure timely completion of tasks without compromising quality. Meet or exceed established productivity and quality targets.

• Record Keeping:
  Maintain detailed and accurate records of diagnostic procedures, repairs, and parts used to support warranty claims and future reference.

• Compliance & Safety:
  Ensure all work complies with manufacturer guidelines, local safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment.

• Technology Updates:
  Stay informed on the latest advancements in automotive technology, including hybrid and electric vehicle systems, advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), and infotainment platforms.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience:
  Minimum of 8–10 years as a Diagnostic Technician with extensive experience working on luxury and premium vehicle brands.

• Technical Expertise:
  Strong proficiency with diagnostic tools and software such as Bosch, Autel, Launch, and OEM-specific platforms. Deep understanding of vehicle systems including engine management, transmission, electrical circuits, ADAS, and infotainment.

• Brand Knowledge:
  Proven hands-on experience with European and American luxury brands including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Jaguar, Land Rover, Tesla, Cadillac, GMC, and Ford.

• Leadership:
  Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a technical team, promote professional growth, and maintain high-quality standards.

• Hybrid & Electric Vehicles:
  Familiarity with hybrid and electric vehicle diagnostic and repair procedures is an advantage.

• Problem Solving:
  Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex vehicle issues efficiently.

• Communication:
  Effective communication skills to relay technical information clearly to technicians and non-technical stakeholders.

• Safety Focus:
  Commitment to following all safety protocols and maintaining a safe working environment.
