Job description

Key Responsibilities:
• Reception Duties: Answering the phone, greeting patients, dealing with queries, taking payments, and booking appointments and follow-ups.
• Patient Care: Assisting dentists, preparing equipment, recording patient information, and maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Sterilisation and Preparation: Sterilising and preparing equipment for dentists, ensuring infection control and decontamination procedures are followed.
• Communication Skills: Communicating effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals, tailoring communication to context and individual needs.
