Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and driven HR Generalist with a strong focus on employee engagement, talent management, learning & development, and HR analytics. This role plays a key part in nurturing a positive work culture, driving talent initiatives, and delivering impactful learning experiences, while leveraging data insights for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement
- Design and implement employee engagement programs to foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Analyze employee engagement survey results and co-ordinate action plans with relevant stakeholders.
- Plan and execute employee activities, HR Connects, and team-building events.
- Conduct FGDs (Focus Group Discussions) to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement in workplace communication.
Talent Management
- Assist in talent review processes including Talent Councils and succession planning.
- Map employee data to support strategic workforce planning and high-potential development.
- Facilitate performance management cycles—goal setting, mid-year, and year-end reviews.
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs in collaboration with managers and employees.
- Coordinate and support execution of L&D programs through internal SMEs and external vendors.
- Track learning effectiveness and maintain a repository of development activities.
Data & HR Analytics
- Maintain and analyze employee data using HRMS tools to generate actionable insights.
- Create and manage dashboards and reports related to employee engagement, performance, and retention trends.
- Ensure HR data accuracy and integrity in compliance with organizational standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in a generalist HR role with focus on engagement, talent development, or L&D.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact across levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
