About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing warehousing and POD (dark store) operations. This individual will be responsible for the end-to-end employee lifecycle of a distributed workforce, driving people strategies, enhancing operational HR processes, and managing ground-level employee engagement. You’ll collaborate closely with key business stakeholders, regional teams, and vendors to deliver a seamless and compliant HR experience for frontline employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted HR partner to warehouse and POD leaders, enabling smooth HR operations.
- Drive regional HR strategies by aligning with business priorities and workforce needs.
- Manage attendance, timekeeping, and HR policy compliance across multiple locations.
- Handle performance management, learning & development, and employee relations for on-roll employees.
- Take charge of ground-level grievance management, partnering with ER teams for resolutions.
- Own key HR metrics like Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) and Unplanned Leave (UPL).
- Conduct ongoing engagement and recognition programs tailored to the warehousing workforce.
- Lead HR policy implementation and act as the go-to person for integrity and ethical concerns.
- Execute change management projects and process improvements to enhance workforce efficiency.
- Mentor and lead a team of regional HRBPs to scale operational HR delivery.
- Liaise with third-party vendors to manage contract staffing and support issue resolution.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience as an HRBP in e-commerce, retail, or logistics sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in handling a scale workforce with multiple locations.
- Hands-on experience managing contractual labor and working with vendor partners.
- MBA in Human Resources or equivalent preferred.
- Comfortable with regional travel and field-based operations.
