Roles and Responsibilities
- Source and engage freelance candidates for a variety of projects.
- Conduct initial screening and preliminary interviews.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet specific hiring needs.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and track hiring progress.
- Assist in the onboarding of selected candidates.
- Generate hiring status reports and support recruitment compliance.
- Represent CNR EdTech at career fairs, networking events, and webinars.
