Role Overview
As an Executive – Events & Partnerships, you will play a key role in elevating Swiggy’s presence in Delhi’s dynamic food and beverage scene. This role focuses on end-to-end event management, partnership cultivation, and content-driven brand storytelling. Key Responsibilities
🗓️ Event Planning & Execution
- Support the planning and delivery of experiential, branded, and promotional events for Servd Delhi.
- Coordinate logistics including venue booking, vendor management, permits, and event set-up.
- Ensure alignment with brand tone, event objectives, and customer engagement strategies.
- Oversee on-ground event operations to ensure smooth guest experiences and brand consistency.
🤝 Partnership Management
- Identify and secure meaningful partnerships with F&B brands, media houses, and lifestyle platforms.
- Collaborate on co-branded campaigns that amplify event impact and visibility.
- Support strategic alignment between Swiggy’s event goals and partner deliverables.
🎯 Brand Representation & Communication
- Serve as a frontline brand ambassador at events and networking forums.
- Collaborate with content and social teams to generate pre-event buzz and post-event coverage.
- Draft communication briefs for internal and external stakeholders to ensure clarity and cohesion.
🤝 Cross-Functional Team Collaboration
- Align with content, social media, and business development teams to drive marketing strategy around events.
- Provide on-ground feedback to creative teams for continuous improvement of event formats and visual storytelling.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in event management, partnerships, or brand marketing—preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or media space.
- Established network within Delhi’s F&B and hospitality ecosystem is a big plus.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple events and collaborations in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid grasp of digital marketing trends, social media, and influencer-led brand promotions.
- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
