Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the hotel’s sales strategy to attract new revenue and market share targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement innovative sales plans, promotions, and business development initiatives.
  • Collaborate across functions of the hotel team, providing guidance, support, and solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales team effectiveness, identifying new business opportunities and improving performance.
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and major hospitality industry functions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in hospitality sales.
  • Proven track record of leading a sales team in a reputable, high-performing hotel.
  • A strong network of contacts from the travel and hospitality/tourism-related brands.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management will be an added asset.
