💼 Role Overview:

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at YuCollect, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for debt collection operations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring customer success by driving solution adoption, optimizing platform usage, and offering high-impact troubleshooting and client support. Your deep knowledge of collections will help foster long-term client relationships and support growth opportunities through cross-sell and up-sell initiatives.

  • Drive Adoption: Help clients seamlessly integrate YuCollect’s solutions into their operations with tailored onboarding and usage strategies.
  • Optimize Usage: Regularly review client performance data, conduct training sessions, and provide insights to ensure full value realization.
  • Troubleshoot Issues: Identify challenges, provide real-time solutions, and liaise with internal product and tech teams.
  • Relationship Management: Be a trusted advisor, maintain continuous client engagement, and manage escalations with a solutions-first approach.
  • Travel: Willingness and ability to travel extensively to meet and support clients across regions.

Requirements

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years in the collections industry (banks, NBFCs, fintechs, collection agencies, or tech platforms).
  • Proven success in customer onboarding, solution deployment, or technical/financial product adoption.

Skills & Expertise:

  • In-depth domain expertise in collections, recovery, or financial analysis.
  • Strong client relationship management and interpersonal communication.
  • Excellent problem-solving and objection handling.
  • Experience identifying and acting on cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Fluency in local language(s) and English is essential.

  • Frequent travel is expected to engage with clients across various cities
