We are a leading Australian migration consultancy with operations across Sri Lanka, Malaysia, and Australia. As we grow, we’re looking for a passionate and energetic Social Media & Client Engagement Executive to be the voice of our brand online and the friendly face of our client communications.
đź’Ľ Key Responsibilities:
âś…Digital Marketing & Social Media:
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
âś…Run and monitor paid ad campaigns to increase leads and brand awareness
âś…Create reels/TikToks related to migration tips, success stories, and FAQs
âś…Collaborate with our internal team to keep content aligned with current promotions and services
âś…Client Communication & Coordination:
Call prospective clients and follow up with leads to guide them through the signup process.
âś…Provide accurate information about the services we offer, especially related to 189, 190 & 491 visa subclasses.
âś…Maintain client records and follow-up schedules using CRM toolsCoordinate with our migration consultants to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
đź‘ŤIdeal Candidate Profile:
1+ year experience in social media management or digital marketing (agency or in-house)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishConfident in handling outbound calls and building client relationships
Familiarity with platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Canva, and TikTok for Business
Basic knowledge or keen interest in Australian migration pathways (training will be provided)🎯
