Key Responsibilities
๐น Client Relationship Management
- Build, nurture, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, concerns, and service feedback.
- Proactively identify and address client needs, driving satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular check-ins to gather feedback and assess service performance.
๐น Sales & Business Development
- Identify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts and external leads.
- Cross-sell and upsell services based on client needs and industry trends.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed KPIs and revenue targets.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service timelines in collaboration with internal teams.
๐น Collaboration & Delivery Coordination
- Partner with sales, marketing, COE, and customer service teams for seamless client management.
- Ensure timely service delivery and resolution of issues to uphold AES standards.
- Contribute to customer success planning and post-sale engagement strategies.
๐น Reporting & CRM
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and outcomes in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Generate and present reports on account status, feedback, and sales performance.
- Analyze client data to inform sales strategies and enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or sales.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales and retention goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Preferred:
- Experience in the IT/technology sector.
- Knowledge of CRM trends, digital sales tools, and emerging tech.
- Familiarity with enterprise clients or large-scale technology implementations.
