Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our dynamic analytics team in Navi Mumbai. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying BI solutions that support strategic business objectives. As a BI Developer, you will play a crucial role in transforming data into insightful reports and dashboards that drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

📊 Business Intelligence & Reporting
- Design and implement business intelligence tools and dashboards using modern BI platforms.
- Translate complex datasets into clear, insightful, and actionable reports to support key stakeholders.
- Ensure high accuracy and quality of data presented in reports and visualizations.
🤝 Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with business units to gather requirements and develop analytics solutions tailored to their needs.
- Partner with IT teams to streamline data integration from multiple sources into centralized data warehouses.
🚀 Project Support & Innovation
- Assist with project planning, execution, and timely delivery of BI initiatives.
- Stay updated on emerging BI technologies and apply innovative solutions to existing processes.
- Perform regular quality checks to maintain integrity and consistency of BI outputs.
Qualifications and Skills

- Strong experience in business analysis and interpreting data for actionable insights.
- Proven project management capabilities to handle multiple BI initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency in BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Deep understanding of data analysis techniques, reporting methodologies, and software development lifecycle.
✅ Additional Skills:
- Familiarity with SQL, data warehousing concepts, and ETL pipelines.
