Job Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Assistant Marketing Manager to join our Mumbai team. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives, drive brand growth, improve customer engagement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch innovative products tailored to the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Brand & Portfolio Management
- Shape and execute the portfolio strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Build and manage brand equity across consumer and medical channels.
- Analyze market data to propose category growth strategies.
🔹 Campaign Execution & Sales Support
- Design marketing campaigns and communication tools that elevate brand visibility and performance.
- Support the field force with effective sales materials and in-clinic presentation strategies.
- Address pain points from the sales team to improve messaging and brand relevance.
🔹 Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to ensure alignment and successful product lifecycle management.
- Foster relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive medical advocacy and product credibility.
🔹 Consumer & Market Insights
- Understand consumer behavior through direct interaction and market studies.
- Work closely with digital teams to craft consumer-facing campaigns and optimize content for digital platforms.
🔹 Innovation & Performance Tracking
- Drive New Product Development (NPD) projects and innovation pipelines.
- Create and enhance processes for KPI tracking, business reviews, and campaign effectiveness.

Required Profile
- Experience: 6–8 years in medical marketing; minimum 2–3 years in frontline sales (preferably in Pharma or Nutraceuticals)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Marketing; MBA preferred
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proficient in data tools and KPI reporting systems
