Annalect India, part of the Omnicom Global Solutions (OGS) family, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Account Services Coordinator – Analyst to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This role is instrumental in providing critical administrative and operational support to our account services and HR teams, enabling seamless project execution and internal coordination.
Working in a fast-paced agency environment, you’ll handle essential backend functions such as PO management, budget tracking, invoice reconciliation, data entry, and meeting coordination. Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain and manage client and job databases with high accuracy.
- Open, track, and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and out-of-pocket (OOP) expenses.
- Reconcile invoices and ensure timely budget approvals and reporting.
- Support project teams with data entry for scope submissions and billing processes.
- Ensure client billing aligns with approved estimates and project requirements.
Project & Meeting Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate internal and client-facing meetings.
- Support the project management team with opening/closing job numbers.
- Assist in compiling competitive intelligence and reference material.
Documentation & Process Management
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process templates.
- Organize documentation for all operational processes and ensure timely updates.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Administration, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–7 years in project coordination, admin operations, or account services (preferably within marketing or advertising agencies).
- Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Experience with AI-powered collaboration tools and agency workflow systems.
- Ability to work across different time zones with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
What is the work model for this role?
The role follows a hybrid work model, requiring 3 days a week in the office, and supports a US shift timing of 06:30 PM – 03:30 AM IST.
Is agency experience mandatory?
