Key Responsibilities Deliver lectures, tutorials, and hands-on sessions covering core land surveying techniques and tools. Create and revise course materials to reflect current technologies and global industry standards. Assess and evaluate students through tests, assignments, and practical exercises, offering constructive feedback. Guide and support students in their academic journey, helping them align learning with career goals. Collaborate with academic staff to continuously improve the curriculum and incorporate modern surveying practices. Stay abreast of new developments in the land surveying field and integrate them into classroom instruction. Foster an engaging learning environment by encouraging participation and interactive discussions. Attend faculty meetings and contribute to quality assurance and program development. Qualifications & Requirements A Master’s degree or higher in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or a closely related field. Substantial hands-on experience in land surveying within a professional or consultancy setting. Prior teaching or lecturing experience at a university or technical college is preferred. Proficient knowledge of modern surveying instruments and relevant software platforms. Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts. A student-focused approach with the ability to motivate diverse learners. Flexibility to teach during allocated hours and offer additional academic support when required.
