Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kandy for a Chef at BreadPlus. The Chef will be responsible for preparing a variety of hot meals, including fried rice, kotthu, and other local favorites. Daily tasks include kitchen management, meal preparation, ensuring food quality, and maintaining cleanliness standards. Additionally, the Chef will collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and enhance existing recipes.
Qualifications
• Experience in meal preparation and culinary skills
• Knowledge of local cuisine and recipe development
• Ability to manage kitchen operations and maintain cleanliness
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Experience in a bakery or similar setting is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure
• Relevant culinary certifications or training
