Role Overview

As a Shift Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency and quality standards across food and beverage services within the assigned unit. You will be responsible for implementing SOPs, overseeing dispatch accuracy, and maintaining high product quality and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

🟠 Process & SOP Implementation

  • Enforce and monitor all food and beverage SOPs across kitchen and dispatch operations.
  • Ensure every process—from food preparation to order handover—is executed with consistency and compliance.

🟢 Quality & Compliance

  • Conduct regular food tasting and hygiene checks to ensure taste, quality, and portion control.
  • Supervise restaurant and section-wise food ratings to proactively improve performance.

🔵 Dispatch & Error Minimization

  • Oversee dispatch operations, ensuring accurate packaging and timely deliveries.
  • Analyze dispatch errors, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

🟣 Operational Excellence

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
  • Ensure that all team members are aligned with quality goals and trained in SOPs.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • ✅ Strong process orientation and attention to detail
  • ✅ Experience in QSR, cloud kitchens, or F&B operations
  • ✅ Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Food Tech, or Hospitality
  • 2–5 years in food operations or restaurant management
  • Familiarity with FSSAI norms and audit procedures
