Role Overview
As a Sales Associate at Cartier Delhi, you will be the face of the Maison, delivering an exceptional client experience rooted in luxury, professionalism, and emotional connection. Key Responsibilities
🛍️ Client Experience & Sales
- Serve as a true ambassador of Cartier, greeting and assisting clients with warmth and professionalism.
- Deliver exceptional after-sales support to ensure complete client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clientele, driving repeat business and referrals.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge across Cartier’s collections to offer personalized recommendations.

- Contribute proactively to achieving boutique sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and storytelling.
- Stay updated on sales techniques, product launches, and Maison heritage to engage clients effectively.
- Take part in training programs to enhance customer service and selling skills.

- Assist in stock control, boutique presentation, and visual merchandising according to brand standards.
- Manage cash operations, invoice processing, and boutique documentation with accuracy and integrity.
