Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead one of our high-performing retail stores in Delhi. This role demands operational excellence, a customer-first approach, and strong leadership capabilities to manage store profitability, team performance, and customer engagement.

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, optimizing sales, maintaining inventory and compliance, and developing a high-performance team aligned with Reliance Retail’s strategic goals.


Key Responsibilities

Business & Operations Management

  • Develop and implement store sales plans aligned with broader business objectives.
  • Manage P&L responsibilities, ensuring gross margin optimization, segment and brand mix, and effective stock holding (SOH).
  • Monitor KPIs including RCP, EOL sales, shrinkage control, and in-store conversions.
  • Execute merchandising, visual displays, and ensure consistent brand representation.
  • Drive initiatives like Jio activations, recharges, and compliance with CAF guidelines.

Customer Experience & Brand Excellence

  • Promote a customer-obsessed culture with strong focus on service quality, loyalty program enrollment, and complaint resolution.
  • Conduct VOC analysis, manage SQA scores, and enhance in-store customer journeys.
  • Lead in-store promotions and localized marketing events aligned with brand campaigns.

Team Leadership & People Development

  • Lead, coach, and mentor store staff to achieve performance targets and operational excellence.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that values communication, accountability, and innovation.
  • Identify talent and groom future leaders for key roles within the retail network.

Compliance & Financial Oversight

  • Ensure adherence to all commercial, statutory, and operational regulations.
  • Manage budget controls, paper/card VM implementation, discount frameworks, and brand share compliance.
  • Evaluate competition trends and implement agile strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

  • Graduation (mandatory); Post-graduation in Retail/Management is preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years in retail management, preferably with team handling and multi-brand exposure.
