Position Summary
We are looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager – Analytics to power growth in our Beauty & Wellbeing (B&W) category through data-led insights, performance tracking, and digital transformation. The ideal candidate is a data enthusiast with strong analytical thinking, exceptional Excel skills, and a passion for translating complex datasets into simple, actionable business strategies. Key Responsibilities
📊 Performance & Business Analytics
- Collaborate with the Marketing Analytics Manager to design and deliver performance management dashboards and reports.
- Track and evaluate brand health, input-output metrics, and business KPIs across global B&W categories.
- Manage end-to-end creation, accuracy, and timely delivery of performance reports using data from sources like CMI, procurement, financials, and media.
🚀 Insight Development
- Provide data and insight support to leadership teams for strategic decision-making.
- Translate raw data into digestible insights and bold, headline-worthy takeaways for stakeholder presentations.
- Lead data mining and visualization projects to identify actionable insights that drive marketing and business strategy.
🧠 AI & Digital Transformation
- Partner with UniOps and global stakeholders to enhance data capabilities using AI and automation.
- Champion AI-led innovation in data capture, processing, and visualization.
- Continuously evaluate and incorporate emerging analytics trends and tools.
💼 Project & Budget Management
- Support the budgeting and procurement process for the BI team including Purchase Order (PO) processing.
- Ensure operational excellence and stakeholder alignment across multiple global projects and teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in marketing analytics, data science, or business intelligence in FMCG or related sectors.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analytics.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence leadership.
- Working knowledge of datasets such as media, household panel, retail panel, BGS, financial data, procurement.
- Familiarity with business warehousing systems and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Passion for data democratization, storytelling through insights, and strategic thinking.
- A strong grasp of Beauty & Wellbeing categories and market segmentation is desirable.
