Position Summary

NIPL is looking for a Product Manager with deep expertise in Cross-Border Payments and Inward/International Remittance. You’ll play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, building, and optimizing innovative global remittance products while ensuring alignment with international regulations and RBI/FEMA guidelines. Key Responsibilities

🧩 Product Planning & Strategy

  • Define the product roadmap and business strategy for international remittance offerings.
  • Improve and refine product constructs in line with regulatory updates and evolving market needs.
  • Own end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to go-live.

🤝 Partnership & Alliance Development

  • Identify and negotiate with international partners to expand NIPL’s cross-border presence.
  • Draft and finalize strategic alliance agreements.
  • Foster and manage relationships with existing partners.

📊 Data & Business Analysis

  • Conduct market research and opportunity assessments for international expansion.
  • Perform competitive and feasibility analysis (legal, financial, and technical).
  • Track and improve product P&L through revenue growth and cost optimization.

🛠️ Project Management

  • Collaborate across internal departments—risk, compliance, ops, business teams—for seamless project execution.
  • Create stakeholder communication plans, track deliverables, and ensure SLAs are met.
  • Support project approval processes with thorough documentation and presentations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

🎓 Education:

  • MBA or Master’s degree in Business/International Business from Tier I/II institutions (preferred).

🛠️ Experience:

  • 3–10 years in cards, banking, or fintech domain with proven exposure to cross-border payment products.
  • In-depth knowledge of RBI/FEMA, LRS, RDA, MTSS regulations is essential.
