Role Summary
As an Associate – Supply Management, you will play a vital role in supporting core supply chain and operational functions, including planning, compliance, vendor coordination, and project execution. You will work across teams to ensure the timely and quality-driven delivery of materials and processes aligned with GxP, HSE, and Novartis standards.
This position calls for a detail-oriented, collaborative individual with experience in a GMP-regulated environment and supply chain best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain activities within your area of responsibility (e.g., planning, procurement, warehousing).
- Interact and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors/customers for seamless supply operations.
- Contribute to cross-functional project teams as a subject matter expert (SME) or team member.
- Ensure deliverables are met with quality, compliance, and timeliness.
- Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
- Report and manage technical complaints, adverse events, or special product cases within 24 hours.
- Ensure compliance with Novartis GxP, ethics, and information security (ISEC) standards.
- Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Quality: Adherence to GMP, first-time-right performance, and reduction of rework rates.
- Timeliness: On-time delivery of planning and production milestones.
- Compliance: Alignment with internal SOPs, HSE, and global regulatory standards.
- Cost-effectiveness: Resource optimization and continuous improvement execution.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in a GMP-regulated environment (preferably in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or manufacturing).
- Language: Fluency in English (spoken and written).

What industry experience is ideal for this role?
