Key Responsibilities

  • šŸ“… Calendar Management: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and travel plans for executives.
  • āœ‰ļø Communication Handling: Respond to emails, inquiries, and document requests on behalf of executives with professionalism and discretion.
  • šŸ—‚ Meeting Preparation: Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings including drafting agendas, notes, and supporting documents.
  • 🧾 Document Drafting: Create PowerPoint presentations, meeting summaries, internal memos, and other executive-level documents.
  • šŸ” Administrative Support: Handle logistics, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure smooth execution of daily tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and follow through with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and tasks under pressure.
