About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support senior leadership with day-to-day administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who excels in managing calendars, communication, and preparation of executive-level documents and meetings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, time management, and professional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- š Calendar Management: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and travel plans for executives.
- āļø Communication Handling: Respond to emails, inquiries, and document requests on behalf of executives with professionalism and discretion.
- š Meeting Preparation: Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings including drafting agendas, notes, and supporting documents.
- š§¾ Document Drafting: Create PowerPoint presentations, meeting summaries, internal memos, and other executive-level documents.
- š Administrative Support: Handle logistics, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure smooth execution of daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and follow through with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and tasks under pressure.
