  • Utilize digital platforms, employee referrals, hiring events, campus outreach, and industry networks to source qualified candidates.
  • Partner with business unit heads and delivery leaders to define role specifications by geography, technology, and functional area.

📊 Market Intelligence & Benchmarking

  • Monitor hiring trends and talent availability in relevant geographies and industries.
  • Benchmark talent strategies against competitors to improve Infosys’ positioning in the talent market.
  • Analyze hiring patterns to proactively adjust recruiting strategies.

🚀 Technology & Process Enablement

  • Recommend process improvements and optimizations to recruiting platforms and tools.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Infosys’ recruitment policies, documentation norms, and data reporting standards.

🌐 Stakeholder & Candidate Engagement

  • Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, internal clients, vendors, and candidates.
  • Participate in external employer branding initiatives and represent Infosys at job fairs and hiring events.
  • Act as a talent advisor to internal stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience Required:

  • 5–10 years of experience in Volume Hiring, Tech Hiring, or Contingent Hiring in a corporate or consulting environment.
