Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Manager – Talent Management & Performance to join our HR team at the Corporate Headquarters in Mumbai. This strategic role will be responsible for institutionalizing key talent practices around succession planning, capability building, and performance management, enabling AISATS to build a future-ready workforce.

The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise in Talent & Performance frameworks, strong stakeholder engagement abilities, and a passion for building people-centric, agile HR systems.


Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Management & Succession Planning

  • Design and deploy the Talent Management framework encompassing talent identification, segmentation, and development pathways.
  • Build succession pipelines by mapping critical roles and grooming high-potential employees through Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
  • Facilitate career pathing, job rotations, and exposure-driven growth to promote internal mobility.
  • Champion the 70:20:10 learning framework:
    • 70% via experiential learning (on-the-job, projects)
    • 20% via social learning (mentoring, coaching)
    • 10% via formal training (courses, certifications)

2. Performance Management & Rewards

  • Drive end-to-end implementation of the Performance Management System (PMS) in alignment with business strategies.
  • Ensure timely KRA setting, mid-year reviews, feedback, and annual appraisals.
  • Collaborate with line managers for performance dialogue, development planning, and low-performer improvement strategies.
  • Leverage the HRMS platform for performance tracking, analytics, and reward decisions.
  • Support annual compensation cycles, benchmarking, and performance-linked incentives.

3. Strategic HR Projects & Policy Development

  • Lead strategic HR initiatives including workforce planning, skill gap assessments, and retention interventions.
  • Develop and refine HR policies and SOPs to reflect evolving business needs.
  • Use data-driven insights for attrition analysis and engagement planning.
  • Partner with Business Unit (BU) leaders to influence and drive people initiatives across locations.
  • Lead or participate in HR tech projects, digital HR implementation, and change management.
