Candidates Profile

  • Age between 23 – 35 years.
  • Bachelor’s Degree/HND qualification in HRM from a recognized institute.
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
  • Conversant with all aspects of labour laws and modern HR management practices.
  • Ability to develop and maintain ISO-related documentation and procedures.
  • Should possess experience in coordination of all Human Resource functions with minimum supervision.
  • A good command of English (oral / written).
  • Dynamic & energetic with a positive attitude and a strong desire to grow.
  • Ability to interact with associates across the organization with a strong team orientation.

The ability to work on Saturday compulsory. (Half day)
