Experience & Qualifications

• Experience: 2 to 10 years in physiotherapy or rehabilitation.

• Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate in Physiotherapy or a related field.

• Preferred Candidates: Must be currently located in the UAE. Applicants from other GCC countries are not eligible for this position.

Job Function

• Nurse / Healthcare / Pharmacy / Lab / Healthcare support with a focus on physiotherapy and rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities

• Be available for on-call support when required.

• Conduct initial patient assessments to understand health conditions, mobility issues, and rehabilitation needs.

• Develop customized treatment plans based on patient assessments and recovery goals.

• Administer therapeutic exercises designed to improve mobility, strength, and flexibility.

• Provide post-operative rehabilitation to patients recovering from surgery or injuries.

• Offer fall prevention training for elderly patients or those at risk of mobility issues.

• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate documentation of all treatments and outcomes.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of physiotherapy techniques, rehabilitation exercises, and therapeutic methods.

• Ability to assess patient conditions accurately and design appropriate recovery programs.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to guide patients and coordinate with healthcare teams.

• Attention to detail in monitoring progress and updating patient records.
