Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the hotel’s sales strategy to attract new revenue and market share targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement innovative sales plans, promotions, and business development initiatives.
- Collaborate across functions of the hotel team, providing guidance, support, and solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate sales team effectiveness, identifying new business opportunities and improving performance.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and major hospitality industry functions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in hospitality sales.
- Proven track record of leading a sales team in a reputable, high-performing hotel.
- A strong network of contacts from the travel and hospitality/tourism-related brands.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management will be an added asset.
