We are looking for an organized and professional Front Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all front office activities, greeting visitors, managing calls, and supporting administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain the front office area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Coordinate meetings and events as required.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, or any similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in all three languages (Sinhala, English, Tamil) will be an added advantage.
- Sound Knowledge in MS Office package.
